Vintage Guilloche Enamel & Silver Luggage Tag/Plate Medallion

I'm not quite sure if this was a luggage plate or a tag of some kind for another use, but it is sure a beauty. Excellent antique condition with only one scratch to the surface on the bottom left. Please see photos as they are an important part of my description and depict my item accurately.
